“DTS” was originally “Duke Translation Services”, created in 1972 as the in-house translation arm for Duke University in Durham, North Carolina.  DTS was privately acquired in 1985, and continued to build on its reputation for high service standards.  The company was purchased in 2005 by Duncan Shaw and David Hutzenbuhler, both long-time associates of the company.

Since 1972, we have performed tens of thousands of translations. Our primary areas of translation expertise are medical, technical, legal, and general business documentation.
